At Proctimise, Ross has supported significant marketing transformation projects, operational effectiveness and agency selection activity in major clients including; Sage, Coty, Virgin and Ferrero.

Gordi Thompson

Gordi co-founded Proctimise after 15yrs years' experience driving change and effectiveness in multi-national organisations. Gordi specialises in transformation and optimisation projects and has a passion for people development.

Through her work at Accenture, Gordi led activity across clients such as Barclays, Walt Disney and Deliveroo. More recently with Proctimise, she has delivered change programmes at CyrusOne, G4S and UCL.

Aimee Bruce

Aimee has over 17 years’ experience leading operations and improving how teams work across the property sector, with early FMCG account management grounding her commercial approach.

Aimee focuses on practical operational improvements, clear relationship management and making processes simpler through better tools and systems. She has delivered a wide range of change projects, from CRM migrations to workflow upgrades, and now leads the day-to-day management of the Proctimise agency library.

James has a hands-on style with experience in culturally diverse global environments, most recently working in Saudi Arabia on the NEOM project. Other notable clients have included; Adidas, Coty, Engie & American Express.

Traci Dunne

Traci is a strategically-driven senior leader in the advertising and production industry. She spent 20 years at ISBA (UK trade body representing advertisers), latterly becoming ISBA’s Ad Production expert.

Prior to joining Proctimise, Traci spent five years as the Global Director of Industry Relations at APR, where she focused on driving best practices and improving operational efficiency for their clients.

John is a former Board Director at McCann Erickson, has been Managing Director at Viacom and has worked with Global brands such as McDonalds, Ford, Nomad Foods & T-Mobile.
