May’s monthly wrap up!

May has been a month of reflection, exciting conversations and looking ahead to what’s next.

From celebrating the impact of meaningful partnerships to welcoming new faces into the team, it’s been another month that’s reminded us how important people, purpose and progress are to everything we do.

Reflecting on partnerships that matter

This month we’ve spent some time reflecting on projects and partnerships that continue to make a real impact, including our work around pitch management and our ongoing support for Hackney Foodbank.

At Proctimise, relationships sit at the heart of everything we do. Whether its helping businesses navigate agency relationships more effectively or supporting organisations making a difference within communities, these are the moments that remind us why our work matters beyond the day-to-day.

Hackney Foodbank remains a cause incredibly close to us as a business, and we’re proud to continue finding ways to support the amazing work they do.

Our intern scheme continues to grow

One chapter ended this month as we said goodbye to Grace following her internship with us. Grace brought fantastic energy to the team, and we’re so grateful for all of her hard work and contributions during her time at Proctimise.

At the same time, we’re excited to welcome Sam as the newest addition to our intern scheme — and we can’t wait to introduce him properly very soon.

Our intern scheme means a huge amount to us as a business. Creating opportunities for young people to gain hands-on experience, confidence and exposure to the industry is something we genuinely care about. We know how valuable it is to learn in a real working environment, and we’re proud to continue investing time into supporting future talent.

Looking ahead to ProcureCon

June is nearly here, which means ProcureCon is just around the corner.

Ross and George will be heading to ProcureCon on the 3rd and 4th June, and we’re looking forward to connecting with plenty of familiar and new faces across the event.

And of course, the Proctimise socks are making a return.

For every person spotted wearing a pair of Proctimise socks at the event, we’ll donate £25 to Hackney Foodbank. It’s a small way of combining community, conversation and giving back — three things that are incredibly important to us.
Don’t already have a pair? Don’t worry. Find Ross or George on the day and we’ll get you covered.

Exciting conversations around Pulse

This month has also seen some brilliant conversations continuing around Pulse, our light-touch agency evaluation tool.

Pulse is designed to help Marketing and Procurement teams strengthen agency relationships, improve collaboration and drive better performance through honest, constructive feedback.

The response so far has been incredibly encouraging, and it’s exciting to see more businesses recognising the importance of relationship health alongside delivery and performance metrics.

This is only just the beginning for Pulse, and we’re looking forward to sharing more very soon.

If you’d like to hear more about Pulse or anything else we’ve been working on, we’d love to chat.

Behind the scenes at Proctimise

Finally, this month also included a content day filming a very special Proctimise Q&A.

The conversation covers the beginning of Proctimise, the highs, the challenges, the lessons learned and the journey that’s brought us to where we are today.

It was a chance for us to reflect honestly on the business, celebrate how far we’ve come and look ahead to the future.

Keep your eyes peeled — coming soon 👀
