June’s monthly wrap up!
What a month it's been. June flew by in the best possible way — packed with new faces, new friendships, and a few moments we're genuinely proud of. Here's a look back at everything that made this month one to remember.
Making connections at ProcureCon
Ross and George headed to ProcureCon this month — one of the biggest gatherings in the procurement world — and came back buzzing with energy… and exhaustion.
It was the kind of event where great conversations happen naturally: swapping ideas, talking through real industry challenges, and meeting brilliant people from organisations across the sector.
And yes, we brought a little Proctimise flair along too. Our Whoop Giveaway was a hit — drawing people in, sparking chats, and keeping things fun throughout the conference.
Turning socks into something meaningful
Our favourite moment from ProcureCon? Watching a simple pair of socks make a real difference.
For every pair of Proctimise socks spotted at the event, we pledged £25 to Hackney Foodbank. Thanks to everyone who wore theirs with pride, we raised £375 together — and we couldn't be more grateful.
Hackney Foodbank does extraordinary work, supporting people experiencing crisis or hardship with kindness and dignity. They provide emergency food parcels that offer immediate, practical relief — and connect people with local organisations that can help address the deeper roots of poverty in their lives.
If you missed it, take a look at our April wrap-up, where we spent a day volunteering with the Hackney Foodbank team firsthand – due to our partnership in April, we have decided to support the charity more frequently.
Celebrating the 93% at the Made in State School Launch Party
Gordi, Sam, and Aimee had a brilliant evening at the Made in State School Launch Party, hosted by The 93% Club.
The room was full of students, professionals, and creators who all share a belief we hold close: that where you went to school doesn't define where you can go in life. The conversations were inspiring, the energy was electric, and the whole evening felt like a reminder of what's possible when people champion each other.
A warm welcome to Sam
We're thrilled to welcome Sam as the newest member of the Proctimise family, joining us through our internship programme.
Sam has been brilliant from day one — curious, enthusiastic, and genuinely eager to get stuck in. He's already making his mark across a range of projects, and the whole team has loved having him around.
At Proctimise, we believe in giving emerging talent the chance to do real, meaningful work — not just shadow from the sidelines. Sam is a brilliant example of exactly that.
September internship applications are open
Following the success of our current programme, we're now welcoming applications for our September intake.
We're looking for motivated, curious people who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on experience in procurement and business operations. If that sounds like you — or someone you know — we'd love to hear from you.
