Gordi brings energy, warmth and a “let’s make it happen” mindset to everything she does. And as our co-founder, she wears many hats, from procurement to training, marketing, HR and beyond, and thrives on the variety of building something special with the team.

Q: What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
A: I love volunteering! and have set up an IG account dedicated to charities in NW London, helping others find their favourite place to volunteer time!
Q: What’s the best ad campaign you’ve ever seen?
A: "Feel Good Travel" Avanti West Coast trains with the rollerblading turtle - always puts a smile on my face and the tune is catchy! Often playing in my head for hours, even though I dont speak Arabic
Q: If you could have dinner with any celebrity, who would it be?
A: Claudia Winkleman - I do love her.
Q: What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
A: Applied to be on The Traitors... mostly so I could finally meet Claudia
Q: What’s the most-used app on your phone?
A: Audible, Vinted, Strava.
Q: What’s your role at Proctimise, and what excites you most about it?
A: I am a co-founder of Proctimise. I would say I wear many hats... from procurement to training, marketing, HR, events and everything in between. I love the variety and closely working with our team.
Q: How did you get into your career field?
A: My career in Procurement started 20 years ago. I worked as a temporary employee for various companies trying to work out what I wanted to do. One consultancy I worked in, I had a very smart and patient manager who explained what Procurement was and with his knowledge and me asking various questions, I learnt a lot. Eventually, I landed my full time procurement role as a Junior Buyer working on the Diageo account.
Q: What’s your favourite project or achievement in your career so far?
A: My biggest achievement is my juggling act. Looking after 2 kids whist working full time, coaching, raising money for various charities outside of work and squeezing in some hobbies like running, volunteering and competing in triathlons.
Q: What do you hope to achieve at Proctimise?
A: Im very proud of Proctimise and our company's values of making work simple, effective and fun!
Q: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone joining Proctimise?
A: Chat to everyone, ask questions ... and if you spot a gap, propose a solution 🙂
